Digiorno (Nestlé)
I designed the user flow for the Digiorno (Nestlé) Cooking Instructions experience on Nestlé's global website. Given the large number of product variations, I chose a guided selection flow instead of displaying all products at once or relying on a search function. This approach streamlined the experience, allowing users to quickly and intuitively find the correct cooking instructions for their specific product. The flow proved to be effective and was later adopted as a scalable pattern for other Nestlé product lines across the global platform.

Initial Exploration
This (Bellow) was the first UX exploration focused on product navigation for the DiGiorno experience. The initial concept prioritized a clean, intuitive interface, allowing users to browse products using simple directional navigation.
Through usability testing, however, I identified a potential scalability issue. While this approach worked well for DiGiorno's relatively small product lineup, applying the same navigation pattern to other Nestlé brands with much larger portfolios would create friction. Users would have to navigate through a long sequence of products before finding the one they were looking for, making the experience less efficient.
Although the interface was user-friendly, this exercise proved valuable in validating assumptions, uncovering scalability challenges, and informing the next iteration of the user experience.
Refined Solution
Following the initial exploration, I developed a new navigation approach that proved to be more effective across both mobile and desktop experiences.
The updated solution provided users with a more intuitive and efficient way to browse products, reducing friction and making it easier to find what they were looking for. The design also scaled more effectively across larger product portfolios, addressing the limitations identified during the first iteration.
The proposed solution was approved and later extended to other product pages, becoming the foundation for a more consistent and scalable browsing experience across the platform.
