Nordeste

This illustration is a tribute to the typical style of a Brazilian Northeastern family.                 

As a resident of an urban city, I tried to bring something that evokes memories of my experiences in the rural areas from the Northeastern part of Brazil, where I witnessed many scenes similar to the one depicted in this work. It was a way to honor and remember special moments of my childhood.

Como residente de uma cidade urbana, procurei trazer algo que evocasse memórias das minhas experiências nas áreas rurais do Nordeste do Brasil, onde testemunhei muitas cenas semelhantes à retratada nesta obra. Foi uma maneira de homenagear e recordar momentos especiais da minha infância.
